The Short Answer
Pinterest does not provide one consistent public video download button for every pin. Some media can be saved inside your Pinterest account, some can be shared, and some can be opened in a browser, but the direct file download control is usually not visible.
To download a Pinterest video, you normally need the pin URL. Once you have that link, paste it into PinSave and choose the available video quality.

Why Pinterest Does Not Always Show a Download Button
Pinterest is designed around saving ideas to boards, sharing pins, and sending traffic to the original source. A direct video download button would create copyright, creator attribution, and platform-control issues, so the experience focuses on Save, Share, and Copy Link instead.
That is why a Pinterest downloader usually works from the public pin URL. PinSave reads the public page data, finds the available media file, and gives you the download options your browser can save.
Troubleshooting: If You Still Cannot Find It
I only see Send, not Copy Link
Tap the share icon and look for more options in the share sheet. On some phones, Copy Link is hidden behind the system sharing menu.
The copied link is very short
Short Pinterest links can still work. Paste it into PinSave first. If it fails, open the short link in your browser and copy the final full URL from the address bar.
PinSave says no downloadable content was found
The pin may be private, removed, region-limited, or not a standard video pin. Try opening the pin in a browser and copying the full URL again.
