Important: PinSave does not host any Pinterest content on its own servers. All files are served directly by Pinterest's CDN. To remove content from Pinterest, please use Pinterest's official reporting tool.

PinSave respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This page describes how copyright holders can notify us of alleged infringement and how we respond to such notices.

How PinSave Works

PinSave is a download-assist tool that extracts publicly available download links from Pinterest pins. We do not:

Store, cache, or host any Pinterest images, videos, or GIFs on our servers
Re-upload or redistribute content
Make content available beyond what Pinterest itself makes publicly accessible

Because we do not host content, DMCA takedown requests should primarily be directed to Pinterest. However, if you believe our Service facilitates infringement of your copyright, you may submit a notice to us as described below.

Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a valid DMCA notice, please provide the following information in writing to our designated agent:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
The specific Pinterest URL(s) containing the allegedly infringing content
Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

We will respond to valid notices within 5 business days.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal
A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court

Repeat Infringers

PinSave will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or block access to our Service for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
